Double Garlic Butter Brussels Au Gratin

Ingredients for Boars Night Out Double Garlic Butter Brussels Au Gratin:

-20-30 Brussels Sprouts very thinly sliced
-8 slices of bacon
-2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
-1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
-2 cups heavy cream
-1 tablespoon White Lightning DBL Garlic Butter
-1 tablespoon Spicy White Lightning


Slice Brussels as thin as possible. Cook bacon just shy of crispy cut 6 slices into 1/4” pieces (eat the other 2!). Mix Brussels, chopped bacon, seasonings, 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar in bowl and toss. Place into half sheet pan or 8×8 casserole dish. Press firmly in pan. Pack it tight! Fill dish with the heavy cream until cream is just below surface. Top with remaining cheddar with Parmesan on top.

Wrap with foil and place on a 350° grill or oven. Cook 45 min covered. Remove foil and finish cooking until cheese is golden brown.
