What are your store hours?
Our hours can vary slightly from store to store. Just enter a zip code or city/state in our store locator to check the hours at a specific location.
Can I have an item special ordered?
Yes. If you don’t find an item at your local Westlake Ace Hardware, we can order more than 60,000 items from Ace Hardware.
What credit cards do you accept?
Westlake Ace Hardware stores accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express. We also take Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Is there a Westlake Commercial credit card?
Westlake Ace Hardware does issue a commercial and business credit card for businesses, self-employed individuals, and rental properties. At this time we do not offer individual/consumer charge accounts.

When you complete your application, you can scan and email to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax it to 913-888-8665, mail it to the address on the application or return it to any Westlake Ace Hardware location.
Returns and Warranties
Buy too much, get the wrong size, have a problem or just a change of heart? Westlake Ace Hardware makes returns easy. We accept returns within one year from the original purchase date (some exclusions apply*).
Can’t find your receipt? If you present the method of payment or the Ace Rewards number used we should be able to look up the transaction. If the transaction cannot be found, our policy is to issue an Ace Hardware gift card based on the lowest selling price in the last 90 days. Refunds without a receipt require a valid driver’s license. For purchases made by check, refunds within seven days will be issued as an Ace Hardware gift card or in-store merchandise credit.
*Exclusions include: 1) Gas-powered equipment, Craftsman tools over $150 and generators, which must be taken to an authorized service center; 2) Custom tinted paint and custom cut goods (screen, chain, rope, glass, etc.) cannot be returned. 3) Trees, shrubs and perennials are guaranteed for one year. Roses, dogwoods, tropical plants and all other live goods cannot be returned.
Can I get a replacement receipt?
Yes. Simply contact the store where you made your purchase.
