Twin Oaks, Missouri Westlake Ace Hardware Officially Opens

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (September 26, 2023) – The new Westlake Ace Hardware at 1140 Meramec Station Road in Twin Oaks, Mo., will host a grand opening event and sale September 28 – October 1, 2023. The weekend’s events will also be an opportunity for the community to become acquainted with Jason Teems, the new store’s general manager.

Located in West St. Louis County, the 18,000 sq. ft. store will stock a large range of products including lawn and garden supplies, fasteners, tools, plumbing, and electrical supplies, and offer services such as automotive key cutting and fob replacement, and propane tank exchange. The store will also feature several specialty departments and store-within-a-store concepts, selling such brands as:

• Milwaukee, DeWalt, and Craftsman power tools
• Benjamin Moore and Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines paints
• Stihl, Ego, and Milwaukee outdoor power equipment
• Weber, Traeger, Big Green Egg, and Ooni grills and accessories
• Scotts lawn care products
• Solo Stove firepits
• Yeti coolers and accessories
• Nursery plants, flowers, shrubs, and outdoor living supplies

“Board Cutting” and Grand Opening Celebrations

A ceremonial board cutting by Westlake Ace leadership and local dignitaries will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday, September 28. A light breakfast will be served.

A “Celebration Sale” will be held September 29 – October 1 when customers will receive 20 percent off most purchases.

On Saturday, September 30 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., a grand opening celebration event will include grill and outdoor power equipment demonstrations, free prize drawings, a balloon artist, and other free kids’ activities, and a food truck with special treats.

General Manager Jason Teems has been part Westlake Ace Hardware since 2006 and is lookingforward to building a team that will provide the Twin Oaks community with outstanding customer service. Outside of work, Teems can be found at any number of baseball fields in the St. Louis area watching his youngest son play baseball and his oldest son coach the sport.

The new store joins four other Westlake Ace Hardware locations in the St. Louis area: 8740 Manchester Road (Brentwood), 12634 Dorsett Road (Maryland Heights), 9065 Watson Road (Crestwood), and 915 Jungermann Road (St. Peters).
