In August of 1991, I started with Westlake Hardware, as a cashier. While raising a family I was able to advance my career at my own pace. I spent 25 years with the Independence Avenue store. I became a sales associate, head cashier, and then an Assistant Manager of Operations. I then moved to our north Lee’s Summit store in 2016. Here I realized that I wanted to share my knowledge and experience with others. I am excited to become the General Manager at our Blue Springs North location and look forward to meeting our friends and neighbors in this area. In my spare time I enjoy watching and attending my grandchildren’s varied events. High school basketball, acting and debate, along with band performances. I love to read, garden, pamper my pets.
