My name is Gary Jenkins Sr, and I joined the Westlake family March 30th of 2020 as the General Manager of the Macon, MO store #007. I previously worked for Walmart Stores Inc. for 22 years in multiple locations throughout the Midwest in various positions in Logistics, Transportation, Retail, Wholesale, and Warehousing. I also worked various other side jobs through the years as a route driver, delivery driver and even a stint as a telemarketing agent. I am married to Allyssa Jenkins and have 5 children of which 3 are my own and two I am blessed to be a stepparent of. I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and being outdoors whether it be fishing, hiking, climbing, working on a project, playing with my children, or even doing my lawn work. I have a passion for helping people and just interacting with people in some capacity, and I feel I am the definition of an extrovert. I love to work, teach, and share knowledge and to learn new things as well. I have been accused of being somewhat of a workaholic, but really, I just thrive on a feeling of accomplishment and knowing I had an impact, served a purpose, contributed a part of myself to something bigger, you get the picture…I feel very blessed and happy to be a part of the Westlake family and hope to be here for many years to come.
