I began my career at Lowe’s, where I gained invaluable experience and developed a leadership style rooted in integrity, accountability, and people-first values. My time there laid the foundation for a career dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and mentoring others toward success. I believe that success in retail comes down to strong relationships, a positive attitude, and a commitment to always moving forward. A little bit about me: I was born in Florida so I am a Miami Dolphins and Hurricanes fan. I earned my education from Fayetteville State University and later advanced my business acumen at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, sharpening my strategic and leadership skills. I draw inspiration from Tupac Shakur and Kobe Bryant, whose passion, resilience, and relentless pursuit of greatness continue to influence my outlook on life and leadership.
