I joined the Westlake Ace Hardware team in June of 2026. I spent a month training at our Elma location before transferring to become the General Manager of the North Bend (#153) location. I've spent the last 25 years leading teams from specialty finance to thrift and even had a brief stopover in the car wash industry. I'm so thrilled my career path has brought me to an organization which truly prioritizes integrity and doing right by our customers- as well as making a positive impact in the communities in which we live and work. My time outside of work is spent plotting day trips to yet-undiscovered corners of the Pacific Northwest with my wife and daughter, watching a backlog of movies I've not gotten around to seeing yet, or just thumbing through back issues for missed gems at my local comic book shop. I'm so thankful to be a part of the team here and look forward to getting to know you.
