1.5 Cup Long Grain Rice
3 packages of frozen Bell Peppers & Onions (or 2 each if prefer fresh)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom
1 Can French Onion Soup
1 Can Mushrooms
1 lb Italian Sausage
1 lb Ground Beef
Boars Night Out White Lightning to taste
Brown meat and drain. Sear mixed vegetables. Using a full-size aluminum pan, add meat and vegetables (and liquids from the pan).
Add both soups to pan, then add rice and mix together. Add Boars Night Out White Lightning and then tightly cover pan with plastic wrap and alum foil. Cook at 350 for 1.5 hours (until rice is cooked).
