Great Lakes Ace Hardware to Acquire Detroit-Area Macomb Ace

Farmington Hills, Mich. (October 27, 2025) – Great Lakes Ace Hardware announced today it has agreed to acquire Macomb Ace Hardware, located at 51254 Romeo Plank Road in Macomb Township, Mich. The transaction is expected to close on January 11, 2026.

Founded in 2007 by Greg Oman following a successful corporate career, Macomb Ace Hardware has served as a trusted resource for Macomb Township and neighboring communities for more than 18 years.

Oman said, “Our goal was to be a difference maker and trusted neighbor in our community by providing real value through knowledgeable service, quality products, and convenient access to home improvement solutions.
